West Australian Symphony Orchestra: Mozart & Mendelssohn – Matinee

5 June @ 10:30 am - 1:30 pm AWST

Mozart’s Clarinet Concerto, completed only months before his death, is one of the most sublime works ever written for this beautifully expressive instrument. Performed by WASO’s Associate Principal Clarinet Som Howie, its buoyant joy and soulful warmth will delight. Inspired by his travels through the country, Mendelssohn’s Fourth Symphony captures the vibrant spirit and colours of Italy, transporting you to sparkling coastlines and bustling piazzas
