Arts and Culture Trust: Plied and Prejudice
15 August @ 8:00 pm - 9:30 pm AEST

Woodward Productions are back Down Under and ready to ruin another cultural icon with Plied and Prejudice; a side-splitting comedy adaptation of Jane Austen’s classic novel, telling the story of Elizabeth Bennet and Mister Darcy as you’ve never seen it before. Perth performances follow sellout seasons in Brisbane and London, and presented by Alex Woodward for Woodward Productions and Arts and Culture Trust in Perth.
Written by Matthew Semple and directed by Dash Kruck, with set and costume design by Penny Challen and movement direction by Dan Venz, Plied and Prejudice sees five actors scrambling to play twenty characters in only ninety minutes, with all notions of respectable theatre (and British etiquette) thrown out the door! And with a different actor getting indisposed each night, no two shows will ever be the same! What could possibly go right?
