Enjoy the baroque brilliance of Vivaldi and Purcell through to the 19th century flair of Tivadar Nachez and beyond in a celebration of the changing seasons from Spring to Christmas.

Dubbed musically combustible for their vibrant performances (Criticks UK), the Camerata’s Baroque Reborn features* the vibrant Vivaldi Four Seasons: Spring and L’estro Armonico: Concerto for Four Violins alongside selections from his majestic Gloria and Christmas concerto Il Riposo. Shakespeare-inspired works including the beautiful duet and chorus from Purcell Tempest and a new setting of Ophelia’s Song by Camerata director Imogen Coward come together with seasonal vocal gems from across the centuries. The Camerata’s love of dance music and championing performer-creators comes to the fore in the virtuosic Nachez Gypsy Dances.
