Opera Australia: BMW Opera for All

BMW Opera for All returns to Melbourne’s Federation Square for the fourth year running. The free, open-air concert, which showcases some of opera’s most popular arias, features soprano Julie Lea Goodwin, mezzo-soprano Emily Edmonds, tenor Asher Reichman and baritone Stephen Marsh accompanied by 20 musicians from Orchestra Victoria under the baton of Brian Castles-Onion. Hosted by Greta Bradman, the concert begins at 6:30pm with a Welcome to Country by First Nations singer Shauntai Abdul-Rahman and a prelude by the Australian Girls Choir. There’s no need to register, just front up and enjoy an evening of spectacular music.
