Crossing Strings is an Austrian crossover guitar duo, consisting of classical guitarist Carina Maria Linder and fingerstyle guitarist and founder of the Vienna Fingerstyle Festival Markus Schlesinger. With their debut album „Intersections”, the duo has propelled itself to the top of the European fingerpicking scene (Concerto 6/22) and tours with concerts as well as guitar workshops through Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Portugal, Belgium, Hungary and Australia. The Guitar Duo presents original compositions, self-arranged classical, jazzy, and pop evergreen pieces, and two voices that uniquely complement each other in their colors.
