Set to the wonderful musical score of Ludwig Minkus and after the inspired choreography of Marius Petipa and Alexander Gorsky, this vibrant classic follows the fiery Kitri and her charming Basilio as they outwit meddling parents and rival suitors in a whirlwind of romance and comedy.
With thrilling leaps, breathtaking turns, and a show-stopping grand pas de deux, this sun-soaked spectacle bursts with Spanish flair, humour, and heart – an unforgettable celebration of love and adventure for audiences of all ages.
Duprada Dance Company has spent our warm summer evenings preparing to bring the dazzling heat of Don Quixote to the stage.
Join us on Friday 27th and Saturday 28th of March at Araluen Arts Centre and be transported to the romantic Spanish countryside where we are sure you will fall in love just as much as we have.
