A movement and writing workshop for creatives

Move Beyond the Mind is a playful, process-led workshop that blends movement and writing to gently shift you out of your head and back into the body as a creative resource.

Through guided movement, writing prompts, ensemble play, and collective arrival, participants are invited into an intimate and supportive space where ideas emerge through curiosity, connection, and shared presence. Working alongside others becomes part of the creative engine, opening new ways of thinking, making, and articulating ideas.

Designed for artists across disciplines and creatives of all kinds, this workshop offers a low-pressure, fun environment to reconnect with creativity beyond the intellect. No previous movement or writing experience is required, just a willingness to show up and play.
