Melbourne Symphony Orchestra: Mozart and the Mendelssohns

5 July @ 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm AEST

Chief Conductor Jaime Martín presents a joyful program of classical and early romantic treasures. Join us for an evening of pure musical bliss, beginning with Fanny Mendelssohn’s delightful Overture and concluding with her brother Felix’s romp through Italy in the Fourth Symphony.

In between, Principal Players of the MSO wind section step into the spotlight for Mozart’s Sinfonia Concertante, each having the chance to showcase their instrument in this delightful interplay between orchestra and four soloists.
