St Luke’s Anglican Parish, Mosman Park: Music for the Soul

An evening of classical music including music by J S Bach, Handel, Gounod and Bizet with visiting professors from the Academy of Music, Krakow, Poland.
Prof. Dr Wacław Golonka studied in the Academy of Music in Krakow and the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna and received his diplomas in organ playing with honours. He is a laureate of organ competitions in Prague, Nuremburg and Pretoria.
Wojciech Kwiatek is a graduate of the Krzysztof Penderecki Academy of Music in Krakow with a specialization in conducting and plays the clarinet. . He is a laureate of international music competitions in Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Slovenia and Italy. He was awarded the Badge of Honour for Merit to Polish Culture by the Minister of Culture.
Together with Soprano Katja Webb they will perform a concert of classical music and traditional Polish music.
