The Ellington Jazz Club: Paul Grabowsky
2 March @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm AWST
On this very weekend in 2009, The Ellington Jazz Club opened it’s doors for the first time. Those doors have stayed open seven nights a week, for fifteen years since! We’re celebrating this milestone with a three day festival showcasing our diverse and vibrant Jazz scene, and in honour of the late Graham Wood, the club’s co-founder. Please join us to celebrate the beating heart of Perth’s Jazz community, to commemorate the rich history of The Ellington Jazz Club and to toast to it’s bright future!
Paul Grabowsky is a pianist, composer, arranger, conductor – and is one of Australia’s most distinguished artists.
Tonight he is joined by Alistair Peel on bass and Ben Vanderwal on drums.
