Mill Theatre at Dairy Road: Terror
15 June @ 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm AEST
Guilty or not guilty? Enter the courtroom, hear the evidence, make your judgement. A hijacked plane is heading towards a packed football stadium. Ignoring orders to the contrary, a fighter pilot shoots down the plane killing 164 people to save 70,000. Put on trial and charged with murder, the fate of the pilot is placed in the audience’s hands. Acting as a jury, the audience decides on his guilt or innocence.
Ferdinand von Schirach is a German lawyer and writer. Translated into English by David Tushingham, Terror received its UK Premiere at the Lyric Hammersmith in London in 2017. The Lyric brought it to the Brisbane Festival for its Australian premiere in the same year.
