The Canberra Bach Ensemble presents J.S. Bach’s Cantatas BWV 75 Die Elenden sollen essen, BWV 39 Brich dem Hungrigen dein Brot, and BWV 99 Was Gott tut, das ist wohlgetan.

Founded in 1999 by award winning conductor Andrew Koll, the Canberra Bach Ensemble is dedicated to the authentic performance of J.S. Bach’s vocal and instrumental works on period instruments. Honoured to be the first Australian ensemble to perform at the prestigious Leipzig Bach Festival in 2024, CBE has presented over 50 of Bach’s sacred and secular works to Australian audiences.
