Trio Anima Mundi: The Gypsy
15 November @ 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm AEDT

A concert of pure, unbridled energy and virtuosic fire. The “Gypsy” spirit—with its captivating rhythms and soulful melodies—has inspired composers for centuries. Our season finale begins with Haydn’s beloved trio, culminating in its famous and furiously fun “Gypsy Rondo.” From there, we leap into the 20th century with the sharp, folk-infused brilliance of Czech composer Bohuslav Martinů, before surrendering to the epic drama and raw, heartfelt passion of Arno Babajanian’s Armenian masterpiece. A truly exhilarating conclusion to our 2026 series!
