Local and international stars of Opera Australia’s current season will take to the stage on February 6 to raise funds for Queensland flood victims.

The one-off concert at the Sydney Opera House will feature the likes of Rinat Shaham, currently in Sydney singing Carmen, and Giorgio Caoduro, the Italian Baritone who will be making his Australian debut two days prior in The Barber of Seville. The performance will also showcase Australian stars such as Rosario La Spina, who is currently singing Pinkerton in Madama Butterfly.

All artists, as well as crew members and the venue, will be donating their time. Proceeds will be sent directly to the Premier’s Relief Fund. ABC Classic FM listeners will also be able to hear the concert via live broadcast.
