Canberra’s Snow Concert Hall has announced its 2025 concert season and International Series, featuring programs of Chopin and Ravel from pianist Benjamin Grosvenor, Mozart from the world-renowned Freiburg Baroque Orchestra, Vivaldi and Vasks from the Latvian violin-cello duo The Balanas Sisters, and a visit from Germany’s all-female vocal ensemble Sjaella.
The year also includes concerts from the violinist Anthony Marwood and accordionist James Crabb, set to deliver a fresh take on music by Piazzolla, Bach and Vaughan Williams, and flute star and Artistic Director of Snow Concert Hall, Ana de la Vega, who closes the season with a live concert version of her recent album Paris.
