The Parish Church of St James’ King Street: Classic Jazz in Four Hands – Stephanie Trick and Paolo Alderighi
11 February @ 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm AEDT

Stephanie Trick and Paolo Alderighi, internationally acclaimed pianists, bring their unique four-hands jazz artistry to the stage in a celebration of classic American music. Pioneers in this rarely explored format, the duo blends stride, ragtime, boogie-woogie, and Swing Era favorites with songs from Broadway and Hollywood’s Golden Age. Their collaboration, which began in 2008, has produced seven acclaimed albums, including Sentimental Journey, winner of the Prix Piano by the Hot Club of France. Performing at major festivals and venues worldwide, they are praised for technical brilliance, musical sophistication, and engaging programs that breathe new life into beloved repertoire. In this concert, Trick and Alderighi will present original arrangements honoring jazz legends such as Fats Waller, Jelly Roll Morton, Duke Ellington, and Louis Armstrong—offering an evening of exhilarating music that bridges tradition and innovation.
