Northern Laos, 1975. Monsoon season. Saigon has just fallen.

As the Communist takeover reshapes a nation, Paul, an Australian teacher hurriedly prepares to leave Laos. A young Hmong woman, Mai, his former student, appears at his doorstep. She is fleeing persecution along with the rest of her people, and is here to say goodbye. Over a single night Paul and Mai tug at the threads of their past and confront a profoundly uncertain future. With the clock ticking, what has been left unsaid?

Written by award-winning playwright Michele Lee, Fall is a gripping historical drama exploring love, loss, identity, and the lasting human cost of war. Intimate, suspenseful, and deeply moving, this powerful three-hander asks what we owe one another when the world around us is falling apart.
