Armistice Flutes: Hope
14 June @ 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm AEST

Armistice Flutes is a collective of leading flautists—Liz Cheung, Chloe Chung, Laura Chislett, Jessica Scott, and Keyna Wilkins—dedicated to promoting peace and hope through original compositions and improvisations against war.
In December, they recorded their debut album at A Sharp Studios, featuring 45 minutes of music across seven works for five flutes, including bass, alto, piccolo, and C flute. The group features Keyna Wilkins, a pioneering Australian/British composer-musician, APRA/AMCOS Art Music Awards finalist; Chloe Chung, a cross-cultural flautist and recent performer with the Australian Opera and Ballet Orchestra; Laura Chislett, a versatile educator and recording artist; Jessica Scott, an accomplished graduate of the Royal Academy of Music; and Liz Cheung, an experimental composer-improviser specialising in flutes and Chinese bowed strings. Formed in 2025, Armistice Flute Choir has performed at numerous peace and charity events across Sydney over the past year.
