Opera Australia: La Bohème
13 November @ 7:30 pm - 10:30 pm AEDT

Constantine Costi directs a new production of Puccini’s classic. Whichever way he decides to tackle it, it should be worth a look as he’s one of the more interesting opera directors on the Australian scene. Finnegan Downie Dear conducts Orchestra Victoria with a cast led by Galina Cheplakova and Valeria Sepe as the ill-fated Mimì and Kang Wang and Paride Cataldo as her lover, Rodolfo. Alexandra Flood sings the irrepressibly flirtatious Musetta with Luke Gabbedy as the stalwart painter Marcello.
