Ellie Bardas: Remembering My Wild
30 November @ 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm AEDT

Melbourne artist Elli Bardas presents Remembering My Wild, a pop-up exhibition with a new iteration of her Wild Things series, in Chapel Street, Prahran from November 21 to December 6.
Combining her love of sculpture and portrait photography Bardas has created an all-encompassing colourful world, that centres the human spirit, exploring ideas around personal empowerment. The works invite viewers to consider what might be possible if we imagined a world shaped by joy, love and abundance rather than fear and division. The Wild Things are visual representations of our individual, quirky selves. Bardas describes them as talismans: reminders of personal power and of who we are before the world asks us to conform.
Bardas imagines a liberated world where we remember we are funny, joyous, weird and wonderful individuals, full of love, hope and healing for our futures.
