Sydney Fringe Festival: The River Ghost
23 September @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm AEST

“You’d do anything for me, except let me go.”
The River Ghost is a gripping and heartfelt exploration of self-discovery, fragmentation and loss through theatre and music.
Anna Rushmer’s latest creation is an emotional and introspective examination into agency and stagnation, the cost of action against the cost of inaction, and explores how our harshest critic is often ourselves. A modern reimagining of watery folk tales including The Little Mermaid and Undine, Rushmer’s work delves into a psychological world of ethereal dance, music and shadow projections.
