This month, West Australian Opera unveils a brand-new, all-Australian production of Rusalka. Looking back at its history, Jansson J. Antmann talks to director Sarah Giles, soprano Elena Perroni and director David Pountney, who introduced Dvořák’s opera into the Western canon.
