The Adelaide Jazz Festival will undergo a major transformation next year, relaunching as the Adelaide International Jazz Festival (AIJF) and shifting from its traditional April timeslot to October.
Over three years, the festival has built a reputation for showcasing South Australian talent. Festival founder and Artistic Director Kaya Blum said the rebrand marked a key step in the organisation’s long-term vision.

Alongside the new name and timing, organisers have unveiled AIJF Presents, a year-round series supporting national and international artists touring Australia. The initiative will allow Adelaide audiences to experience high-calibre acts outside the main festival program.
