The Australian Chamber Orchestra has announced the launch of a new digital platform, ACO On Demand.

Available online and via the ACO On Demand app available via Apple TV and Android mobile, the service offers a catalogue of ACO StudioCasts, live concert streams, audio recordings and glimpses of the orchestra behind the scenes, with more yet to be revealed.

Celebrating its launch, the ACO will also release its eighth StudioCast film, The Four Seasons, set for release later in the year. The first to be captured at the ACO’s Walsh Bay location, the film showcases the intercultural collaboration at the heart of its sold-out March tour of the same name, one that saw oud virtuoso Joseph Tawadros and riq master James Tawadros adding their unique flavours to the seminal Vivaldi work.

Resident StudioCast director Matisse Ruby leads the project, with cinematography by Jeremy Rouse and editing by Phoenix Chisholm.
