Having sold ten million records worldwide and won a bagful of awards, including four Grammys, Bartoli will visit Australia for the first time in March with pianist Sergio Ciomei.

The program will comprise Italian songs by Rossini, Donizetti, Bellini and others. According to The Guardian, “a Cecilia Bartoli concert is a package deal. You get a big personality, an extrovert show, a remarkable voice.”

Bartoli’s recitals, scheduled for March, will see her travel to in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Brisbane and the iconic Sydney Opera House.
