The Port Fairy Spring Music Festival (PFSMF) has announced its 2025 program. Under the theme ‘Mosaic’, it promises a “glittering array” of styles, with musicians and concert formats creating a tapestry of sound in celebration of the festival’s 35th anniversary.

“Last year our theme was ‘Cosmos’ – looking out into space, literally and metaphysically. This year, we’re looking deep within, at the rich layers of cultural heritage of all of our ancestors, and delving into that as a striking feature of so much of the music that we perform and present,” co-Artistic Directors Monica Curro and Stefan Cassomenos tell Limelight.
“A cool thing about the word ‘mosaic’ is that it shares the same etymological root as the word ‘music’, so for us there are many layers of meaning.”
