Sydney’s The Song Company has announced its 2025 season, a year of programming set to engage audiences with the power of human connection through music.

Under the guidance of Co-Artistic Directors Jessica O’Donoghue and Amy Moore (pictured above), the 2025 season offers an innovative blend of ancient and contemporary works exploring themes of love, journey, and discovery in three showcase programs scheduled for performance in Blackheath, Canberra, Newcastle, Sydney and Wollongong across the year.
“Jessica and I are thrilled to welcome conductor and baritone Eamonn Dougan, and conductor and composer Huw Belling as Guest Directors of The Song Company,” said Moore. “We’re excited to see the fresh perspectives they bring, and experience with our audiences their unique juxtapositions of new and old music. The season offers a musical journey from 12th Century Europe to contemporary Australia, ensuring diverse and engaging experiences for all.”
Said O’Donoghue: “The 2025 season is a celebration of connection – across time, cultures, and the deeply personal journeys that music can inspire”
