The soprano has won both the Opera & Classical and Musical Theatre categories in the international singing competition.
Australian soprano Nicole Car will judge the Classical and Opera round of the competition from her Paris apartment.
The young violinist will travel to Israel to take part in the Keshet Eilon International String Mastercourse.
The 12 musicians will go on to perform at City Recital Hall in July, competing for a chance to perform in the Finals with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra.
Digital entry for the rebooted awards, now under the management of the Music & Opera Singers Trust, is open until March 6.
