An unforgettable afternoon of world-class orchestral music, free of charge, in one of the world’s most iconic concert venues, featuring two of America’s leading youth orchestras,
The 120-piece Greater Twin Cities Youth Symphonies from Minneapolis, Minnesota, conducted by Maestro Mark Russell Smith, joins the 40-piece Spokane Youth Symphony from Washington State, led by Dr Phillip Baldwin, for a spectacular showcase of musical excellence.
The program features beloved masterpieces by Wagner, Brahms, Haydn and Prokofiev, alongside music by Copland, John Williams and contemporary American composers. A special tribute to Australia’s servicemen and women will include performances of The Ode, The Last Post and a Lone Piper’s Lament.
Presented by Music Masters, A Musical Voyage offers audiences a rare opportunity to experience exceptional young musicians from the United States in one of the world’s most celebrated concert venues—all free of charge.
