This is a plug for the annual City of Warrnambool Eisteddfod’s Aria Competition on the 30th and 31st of May. The event has grown in stature and prize money (more than $9,000 in total), and opera singers from around the country vie for one of only 18 available spots.

Treat yourself and come and listen to our country’s future opera stars in the beautiful, friendly City of Warrnambool, at the end of the Great Ocean Road.

The Grand Finale will be on Sunday 31 May when six finalists will compete for the coveted first prize. A lovely afternoon out. And to boot – the audience will get to meet the participants during afternoon tea.
