Some of the country’s finest musicians return to Craven Creek, outside Gloucester NSW, for the 2026 Craven Creek Music Festival ‘Virtuosi Among the Gum Trees’.

Featured in programs curated by the Australian Chamber Orchestra’s Principal cellist Timo-Veikko Valve (Tipi) are pianist Auro Go, SSO’s Associate Concermaster violinist Harry Bennetts, ACO’s Liisa Pallandi on violin and viola and double bassist Jose Bisits as well as Tipi himself.

Comprised of two programs over the weekend, mornings and afternoons, both repeated, the morning program features mostly pieces by Beethoven culminating in his Ghost Trio and the afternoons with some new music and some pieces by lesser known composers but finishing with Schubert’s great Trout Quintet.
