Under Chief Conductor Umberto Clerici, the QSO celebrates Italy with a rich program spanning opera, film and the concert hall. Classical accordion soloist James Crabb and Concertmaster Natsuko Yoshimoto join Clerici on cello for Vivaldi’s Triple Concerto, alongside Rossini’s The Barber of Seville Overture and two works by Verdi: Violetta’s aria from La traviata and ballet music from Macbeth. The program concludes with Piazzolla’s Aconcagua and Nino Rota’s La Strada Suite.
