Castiglione Arts and Culture and Greg Hocking Music present two generations of exceptional musicianship as world-renowned Soviet-Israeli cellist Mischa Maisky and lauded pianist Lily Maisky tour Australia for a series of unmissable recitals.

Mischa Maisky, the only cellist in the world to have studied under both Mstislav Rostropovich and Gregor Piatigorsky, carries forward an extraordinary musical legacy. Joined by the consummate Lily Maisky on piano, this father-daughter pairing offers Australian audiences a rare, intimate opportunity to witness two world-class virtuosos live in concert.

Their Australian tour program features romantic classical masterworks by Schubert, Schumann, Brahms, Mendelssohn, Rachmaninoff, and Shostakovich.
