Darwin Symphony Orchestra: Movie Hits
27 June @ 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm ACST

DSO’s legendary Amphitheatre Concert returns to the George Brown Darwin Botanic Gardens for a night of unforgettable music under the stars!
In 2026, Movie Hits celebrates the tunes that made films iconic – from unforgettable anthems to upbeat favourites that get everyone singing and dancing. The full orchestra is joined by a live band and lead vocalists, bringing costumes and creative flair to every number. The concert will also include two short orchestral-only works, giving audiences a chance to enjoy the full richness of the orchestra on its own.
This is not a traditional orchestral concert – it’s a vibrant, joyful community celebration. Bring a picnic, gather your friends and family, and join our loyal crowd for an energetic evening of music, movement, and pure entertainment that locals and visitors alike rave about.
