Canberra Symphony Orchestra: Rediscovering the Recorder
19 May @ 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm AEST

A free concert series focused on finding the joy in listening to music with any degree of hearing loss.
Created by CSO bassoonist and audiologist Kristen Sutcliffe, Rediscovering Music is particularly impactful for those with hearing aids or Cochlear Implants. Community members with any degree of hearing loss will benefit greatly from this series.
This concert features the CSO bassoonist, and recorder player, Ben Hoadley and explores the unique sounds of the recorder.
Rediscovering music performances are informal and interactive, fostering a shared community experience. Audiences are encouraged to ask questions, move around the space, and discover the best path for their individual experience with music.
Live captioning is provided. This is a free event; however, registrations are essential.
