STRIKE A CHORD – A TIME OUT SYDNEY MUST-SEE AT SYDNEY FRINGE 2026
Experience the passion, rhythm and innovation of contemporary Flamenco with Strike a Chord by Compañía Pepa Molina, premiering at Sydney Fringe Festival 2026.
Selected by Time Out Sydney as one of “10 must-see shows at Sydney Fringe Festival 2026” from more than 350 events, Strike a Chord is described as an “electrifying performance experience.”
Created and choreographed by Spanish-Australian Flamenco artist Pepa Molina, the work brings live guitar and dance into a dynamic conversation between music, rhythm and movement, fusing Flamenco tradition with innovation.
Creative Team: Pepa Molina – choreographer, percussionist and dancer; Marco Van Doornum – composer and guitarist; Sophia Marotta-Fujiwara, Emilia Hanna, Anna Rocias and Amari Leiva Urzua – dancers; Maxine Kelmen – lighting designer and stage manager.
