Symphony Central Coast: The Maria Anna Mozart Concert Tour
28 June @ 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm AEST

The Maria Anna Mozart Concert Tour is setting out to bring one of history’s most extraordinary untold stories to concert halls across Australia, shining a timely spotlight on the persistent gender gap in classical music programming. The highly anticipated performance by Symphony Central Coast will take place on Sunday, 28th June 2026 (2:30pm – 4:00pm AEST), at the Gosford Regional Library Auditorium, 123A Donnison Street, Gosford NSW 2250.
Inspired by the AACTA Award-winning documentary ‘Mozart’s Sister’, the tour will feature orchestras and ensembles nationwide performing the film’s powerful original score live, composed by one of Australia’s most celebrated composers, Jessica Wells, with visuals from filmmaker Madeleine Hetherton-Miau.
Symphony Central Coast is one of the largest regional community orchestras in NSW and continuously presents outstanding musical masterpieces to the broader community. This concert performance will also be followed by a further performance by the Sunshine Coast Symphony Orchestra (October 2026).
