Gallery partnership brings New York’s prized Picassos and Warhols to art lovers in Perth.

The Art Gallery of Western Australia has struck a deal with the Museum of Modern Art in New York to present an exclusive series of six exhibitions over three years, drawing on MoMA’s prestigious collection.

The partnership launches in June 2012 with Picasso to Warhol: Twelve Modern Masters. Henri Matisse, Constantin Brancusi, Piet Mondrian, Joan Miró, Alexander Calder, and Jackson Pollock are among the iconic artists to be featured in an exhibition of more than 100 twentieth-century works.
