The Australian Chamber Orchestra (ACO) has announced its 2025 European tour, which will see the ensemble perform in Amsterdam, Wrocław, Stuttgart and London in March.
The tour will showcase the ACO’s diverse programming, spanning from Bach to contemporary composer Bryce Dessner, and will include a special screening of the orchestra’s acclaimed cinematic collaboration Mountain in Wrocław, during which the ACO will perform Artistic Director Richard Tognetti’s evocative score live.

The tour begins with a concert scheduled for 11 March at Amsterdam’s Muziekgebouw. The program includes Shostakovich’s Piano Concerto No.1, Bach’s Concerto for Oboe & Violin and Shostakovich’s Chamber Symphony.
The weekend of 15-16 March sees the ACO in Wroclaw to present Mountain (15 March) and a program of works by Lutosławski, Dessner, Bach and Haas.
ACO then plays the Kultur-Kongresszentrum Liederhalle, Stuttgart on 19 March and London’s Barbican on 21 March, again presenting the Shostakovich Piano Concerto No.1, Bach Concerto for Oboe & Violin and Shostakovich Chamber Symphony.
