Australian String Quartet: Finale Concert
20 September @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm AEST

Set among the Barossa Valley’s cellar doors and heritage venues, this boutique festival combines canonical chamber music with more contemporary fare, and a healthy serving of the best local produce. Hear Haydn and Prokofiev in Angaston Town Hall, a pairing of Beethoven and Bartók at Maggie Beer’s Farm Eatery, cross-genre performances by singer Parvyn Kaur Singh and multi-instrumentalist Josh Bennett at Peter Lehmann Wines, and a finale including works by Garth Knox and Schulhoff among others at the JamFactory on Seppeltsfield estate.

An hour from Adelaide, the Barossa region offers exceptional wines, intimate cellar doors, acclaimed dining, and historic townships shaped by passionate artisans.
Join us for a memorable weekend of music set across iconic venues in Angaston, Tanunda, Seppeltsfield and Nuriootpa. Over the weekend, we invite you to share some of our favourite string quartets, along with performances by award-winning singer Parvyn Kaur Singh and multi-instrumentalist Josh Bennett. Blending classical Indian raga melodies and rhythms with contemporary genres like soul, jazz, and pop, Parvyn is internationally acclaimed for her genre-defying sound.
