Her Majesty’s Theatre Ballarat Presents: Unwoman (The protest)
22 August @ 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm AEST

A live performance event celebrating the multitude of experiences around birth, in/fertility and pregnancy. Participants will take the stage, one after another, to share their testimony as an act of courage, rebellion and empowerment.
UNWOMAN (the protest) turns the spotlight on all kinds of people. Those with children and without. Those who wanted them and couldn’t. Those who didn’t want them so didn’t. Those who forgot.
It is a primal scream, a moment of reflection, an occasion for joy and a call to arms at the laws attempting to curb bodily autonomy and reproductive rights.
Be a part of an individually empowering experience and collective encounter. Sign up to deliver your own testimony or come along as an audience member to witness this special event. Audiences can stay for as long or as little as you want.
