Unveiling a year of state-wide collaborations, Adelaide Chamber Singers has announced its 2023 season.

Centred on the way in which “music narrates our life experiences”, ACS will perform three programs, make an appearance at Adelaide Festival, and present the inaugural Adelaide Chamber Choir Festival. 

“It’s incredibly exciting to bring audiences such a huge program, and with the added treat of the very first Adelaide Chamber Choir Festival, it’s going to be a really special year,” said Artistic Director and Conductor Christie Anderson. “These collaborations are at the heart of Adelaide Chamber Singers Style of music making.”

Opening the year on 15 March, ACS will perform at the Adelaide Festival with a reprise of its Late Night in the Cathedral series. Moving through the spaces of St Peter’s Cathedral during the performance, the ACS program will paint a picture of the night sky with traditional choral works from Bach, Elgar and Tallis and modern works...
