Brimming with collaborative spirit and with brand-new work on offer, Adelaide Chamber Singers has announced its 2024 season.

In February, the ACS will present a program for the 2024 Adelaide Biennial of Australian Art. All Flesh is Fire scatters 16 singers throughout the Art Gallery of South Australia in a fluid performance of a new cycle from two Adelaide-based creatives, composer Anne Cawrse and poet Kate Llewellyn. The performance will be free to attend.

“The 2024 Adelaide Biennial collaboration represents a new opportunity for ACS,” says Artistic Director and conductor Christie Anderson. “We’re really excited to be working with Anne and Kate, two incredible Australian artists, and are so grateful for the support of Arts South Australia Major Projects and the whole Biennial team.”

ACS then teams up with the Adelaide Festival for There Will Come Soft Rain on 13 March. Taking its name from the work by the ensemble’s Founder and Conductor Emeritus,
