The beautiful photograph on the cover our March issue was taken in 2014, when Opera Australia premiered its Handa Opera on Sydney Harbour production of Madama Butterfly, directed by Àlex Ollé of Catalan powerhouse La Fura dels Baus.

That stunning production received a rave review from Limelight’s then Editor Clive Paget, who said, “This model of a modern Butterfly soars as art and spectacle.”
