Welcome to the Australian Art Music playlist! A monthly playlist of classical, jazz, experimental and electronic music focused on contemporary Australian composers, musicians and sound artists.
Despite sneaking in a bunch of new releases into the past few playlists, we’ve still seen so many exciting albums and Eps come out over Winter and I needed to do a dedicated playlist. Always stoked to see and hear the Australian music industry so busy! There’s a great focus across these tracks on guitar, voices, piano, jazz and electronics but also lots of interesting things in-between.
