Australian actor and Succession star Sarah Snook will feature in the West End production of Sydney Theatre Company’s innovative stage hit The Picture of Dorian Gray.

The production, created by a team led by STC Artistic Director Kip Williams, will open on 23 January 2024 at the Theatre Royal Haymarket and run for 12 weeks. Williams will direct the West End transfer as part of a partnership between STC and the Michael Cassel Group.

It will be Snook’s first appearance on the London stage since her 2016 debut opposite Ralph Fiennes in Matthew Warchus’ production of Ibsen’s The Master Builder. In 2018, Snook starred in STC’s Saint Joan at the Roslyn Packer Theatre to wide acclaim. She comes to the show directly from the final series of Succession, one of the most critically lauded and awarded small screen productions of recent years, in which she played Shiv Roy.
