Melbourne Symphony Orchestra: First Voices Showcase
As part of the MSO First Voices Composer Program, participants receive paid commissions and mentoring by guest composers, as well as the opportunity to workshop their compositions with members of the orchestra. Since 2023, the program’s participants have included James Henry, Vonda Last, Adam Manning and Leon Rodgers. This showcase, conducted by Aaron Wyatt, celebrates the vital contribution First Nations artists make to the ongoing vitality of the orchestral sector. All tickets are just $15.
