After a year of postponements, Canberra Sinfonia has announced its 2022 season of concerts. The young ensemble, which is helmed by conductor Leonard Weiss, will be featuring talented young musicians from around Canberra in its new season, including pianist Ronan Apcar, violinist Lucy Macourt, flautist Alison Mountain and harpist Rowan Phemister.

The season begins with a showcase of two dazzling Mozart Concerti on 2 April. Macourt will take centre stage to perform Mozart’s lesser known fourth Violin Concerto before Mountain and Phemister will join forces to serenade in the Concerto for Flute, Harp and Orchestra, Mozart’s only composition for harp.
