The Sydney Symphony Orchestra (SSO) has announced the 12 young musicians selected to join its Fellowship Program for 2025.
The year-long program offers participants artistic mentorship from SSO performers, intensive training and masterclasses, with opportunities to perform in mainstage orchestral concerts, chamber concerts and regional touring programs.

This year’s fellows are Liam Pilgrim, Natalie Mavridis, Ariel Postmus, Noah Lawrence, Isabella Thomas, Harry Young, Dana Alison, Amy Clough, Oliver Crofts, Bailey Ireland, Bryn Arnold and Jeremy Mazurek.
Alongside this year’s Fellows, the SSO has also announced the addition of a new conducting stream for its 2026 Fellowship Program. Open to tertiary-educated musicians with a foundation in leadership and musical knowledge, the Conducting Fellowship will include podium time for regional touring, school and chamber concerts; and mentorship and assisting work with both titled and guest conductors.
