Melbourne Symphony Orchestra and Electric Fields are a match made in heaven.

Since 2017, the electronic duo and self-described “feminine brothers”, Zaachariaha Fielding and Michael Ross, have cultivated a particular sound, a dynamic mix of catchy pop hooks and synth beats elevated by personal storytelling and rich cultural history. Their sound is at once epic and intimate; each song the perfect combination of anthemic choruses and hard-hitting bridges supported by Fielding’s soaring vocals and Ross’s tight production.

With a full orchestra behind them, the pair’s already epic sound reaches even greater heights. Returning to Hamer Hall for the second year in a row to cap off a week of NAIDOC celebrations, their one-hour set is quickly becoming an unmissable highlight of the annual celebration.
